Effective October 19th, Georgia Community Bank will be upgrading our systems to better serve you. We want our customers to be informed before the changes go into effect, so please see our quick info and FAQs below.

What’s Staying the Same

NOTE:

The current mobile app and online banking system will be unavailable beginning at 4pm on Thursday, October 15th through the launch of the new system on Monday, October 19th.

*During the switchover, debit cards will be frozen between 4:00 – 4:30PM on October 15th. All debit card transactions made during this period will be declined.

**While your username will remain unchanged, you will be prompted to enter the last 4 of your SSN as your initial password.

A Note About Statements

Final statements from the current system will be available October 15. Beginning October, 19, statements will be available on the last day of each month. You may receive more than one statement for October.

Yes, your account numbers will stay the same. Customers can continue to use any checks they have until the supply is gone.

Yes, you will be able to use your current debit card and PIN.

Yes, you will be able to log in to online banking and mobile banking using your current username. You will the last 4 digits of your SSN as your initial password.

No, Zelle will no longer be enabled through online banking. We’ll be offering a new product called Payrailz through our online banking platform. It is a modern digital payments platform that goes beyond just peer-to-peer payments (P2P). It also supports account-to-account transfers (A2A), giving you more ways to move money on your terms. Unlike Zelle, recipient enrollment is not required.

Final statements will be available on October 15 using our current system. Beginning October 19, all statements will be available on the last day of each month. Please note that you may receive more than one statement for the month of October.
