What Is Payrailz?

Payrailz is Georgia Community Bank’s digital payments solution, replacing Zelle within GCB Online & Mobile Banking. It allows you to send money to people you know and move money between your accounts, all in one convenient place.

It's Easier to Send Money to People

Send money using a recipient’s email address or mobile number. Unlike Zelle, the recipient does not need to already be enrolled in Payrailz, giving you more flexibility when sending money to family and friends.

Payrailz is a digital payment solution that allows you to send money to other people and move money between accounts at different financial institutions. It will replace Zelle as GCB’s person-to-person payment solution.

Zelle is primarily designed for person-to-person payments between enrolled users. Payrailz supports both person-to-person (P2P) and account-to-account (A2A) transfers, giving you more ways to move your money. Your recipient also does not need to be enrolled in Payrailz to receive a payment.

No. Recipient enrollment is not required. You can send a payment using the recipient’s email address or mobile phone number.

Yes. Payrailz supports account-to-account transfers across financial institutions, making it easier to move money between your banking relationships.

Payrailz includes security measures designed to help protect digital payments. Person-to-person payments use transaction fraud scoring, while account-to-account transfers include authentication features for added accuracy and security.

Georgia Community Bank will not charge customers a fee to use Payrailz.

Payrailz will be available through Georgia Community Bank’s digital banking platform beginning October 16.
